Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jalaran, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.

Description of Service

Jalaran provides a unified AI workspace for chat, data analysis, news feeds, and utility tools, powered by Jalaran's backend infrastructure. Features are delivered via a web application and require an active internet connection.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to reverse engineer the API, abuse authentication endpoints, exceed usage limits in a manner that degrades service for others, or use Jalaran for any illegal activities.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data, prompts, and files you input. We claim no ownership over your source material.

You own the AI-generated output produced from your inputs.

Subscription & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period and then revert to Free tier equivalents. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

Jalaran is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Jalaran. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Jalaran only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jalaran to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, harass or harm others, generate illegal or abusive content, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.

AI Features & Output Disclaimer

Jalaran's AI features are powered by Google Gemma. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and how you use them. AI features are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy.

AI Model

Jalaran's AI features use Google's Gemma 4 model under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the AI features is governed by these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.

Third-Party Services

Jalaran depends on third-party services (including Supabase, Google, our AI model host, and — for billing — Stripe). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and your use of the service may be subject to their terms.

Your Content & Copyright Complaints

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to it. If you believe content on Jalaran infringes your intellectual property, contact [email protected] with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jalaran harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required to comply with law. You may stop using Jalaran and delete your account at any time.

Dispute Resolution & Venue
